The Card Scouts Privacy Policy

1. Information We Process
The Card Scouts may process eBay seller orders, purchases, line items, fees, refunds, payouts, shipping and fulfillment information, and identifiers needed to synchronize and reconcile account records.
2. How We Use Information
Information is used to manage the account owner’s eBay purchases, sales, inventory, costs, proceeds, and related business records. Information is not sold or used for third-party advertising.
3. OAuth and Account Access
Access is granted through eBay’s OAuth authorization process. The Card Scouts does not receive or store the user’s eBay password.
4. Storage and Security
OAuth credentials are encrypted at rest. Account information is stored in a private database with access limited to authorized business use.
5. Retention and Deletion
Personal information is retained only as long as needed for legitimate business or legal purposes. The Card Scouts receives eBay Marketplace Account Deletion notifications and deletes or anonymizes associated personal data unless retention is required by a specific legal obligation.
6. Third-Party Services
The integration communicates with eBay’s production APIs. eBay’s own privacy practices are governed by eBay’s privacy policy.
